Agency capacity planner

What it does. Clients are separate funnels: 10 clients with 2,000 contacts a month each is 20,000 contacts a month and not one test — it is ten tests, because audiences do not merge. Enter one client per line (name:contacts_per_month:cost_per_contact) and the planner returns, per client, how many months until their arm reaches the floor, what one full two-arm test costs, who can be read first, and what monthly volume a client would need to be readable inside your horizon.

The floor comes from the same formula as npx marketing-mindset sample: base 3%, +20% relative lift, 80% power, alpha 0.05 → 13,914 contacts per arm, 27,828 in total.

How to read the result

Each client has to deliver half the floor on one arm: a client at 2,000 contacts a month puts 1,000 in an arm, and 13,914 ÷ 1,000 is 14 months. At 6,000 a month it is 5 months; at 12,000, 3. A roster of small clients is a roster of long tests — parallel, but long.

The smallest volume readable inside the horizon is 27,828 ÷ horizon, so a 6-month promise needs 4,638 contacts a month and a 3-month promise needs 9,276. Clients below that line can still be sold definitions, instrumentation and a stop rule; they cannot be sold a verdict.

The planner does not invent a lift. If there is no lift to test, the honest answer is the smallest lift the volume can read, which the CLI reports with npx marketing-mindset mde --base 0.03 --per-arm 5000.
